For our Restaurant Front of House team we are looking for a Waiter-Waitress to work in our Marco Pierre White Restaurant & Bar for 20 hours (minimum) per week.

As a Waiter-Waitress you are very operationally involved; every day you enjoy welcoming guests into the Marco Pierre Whites Restaurant and making them enthusiastic about the food & drinks we serve. There is also an opportunity to become a Bar Person (the artist with a passion for taste explosions) to mix and create Cocktails in our Bar. You work in a professional and warm way with your colleagues and you can find yourself in a personal and relaxed way of working.

What does the Waiter-Waitress job entail?

• As a valued member in our Restaurant team you are responsible for an incredible hello and goodbye for our guests. We don't call you the Director of First Impressions for nothing!
• Together with your team, you ensure that guests do not forget their experience at Marco's Restaurant.
• You are visible in our restaurant & bar and you enjoy telling our guests everything about the food and drinks on offer.
• Aside from your regular responsibilities, such as taking orders, delivering food, making drinks, setting & clearing tables, and general cleaning duties we want you to have fun at work with your guests and colleagues and create an atmosphere is our restaurant where people want to come and enjoy their time with us.

We are serving food and drinks 7 days a week from Breakfast (5am) through to Dinner (finishing at Midnight) so there will be a variety of shifts. We won't ask you to work all that time but there will be shifts from Monday to Sunday.

In short: You take care of your guests and your colleagues. When someone is angry, you can turn that over to a smile. When someone has a problem, you solve it. You are the face of Marco Pierre Whites Restaurant.

Work Experience

Skills Required:

* Passion for Food & Drinks

* Positive Attitude

* Great Personality and Smile

* Knowledge of Agent Cash a Plus but not Essential

* Experience in Working in a Restaurant and/or Bar

* Flexibility in shift patterns

* Quick on Your Feet

* Great with the Use of Technology - orders and payments done on mobile phones
