Job Description
- Provide health, fitness & wellness leadership to guests and Heartists
- Lead safe and effective group fitness and well-being classes, workshops and outdoor programs as required
- Maintain a professional image while dressing properly and speaking positively on behalf of the facility, leading an active and healthy lifestyle
- Assist with promotional activities and initiatives
Work Experience
- Group Fitness certification
Degree or Diploma in Yoga, Meditation and wellness certification or other related exercise/fitness degree/diploma an asset
- Experience teaching Group Fitness classes
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
- Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
