My objectives are to make sure we provide the highest standards of customer service, within budget, while making sure our staff enjoy doing it. As a hotelier, the need to have the passion for excellence while maintaining high standards and quality services are an important part of the job. Set the standards, monitor, what is produced and analyze guest’s feedback. Cooperates and collaborates easily with other departments to achieve it. Those are the criteria that are a routine in my daily assignment.
Being well versed in the Hotel and Resort Operations through the years has equipped me in the upbringing of staff and the organization I am with. This has evoked me to further accumulate myself in venturing into other departments of the Hospitality Industry in order to be fully equipped at par with others. My involvements especially in the MICE Sector have been my passion and are my strength in building my experiences.
