I got promoted from a group Front Office manager (Running operation for five hotels) to be a Deputy Hotels General Manager and acting General Manager. Thus, I had to make sure that keep our name that we have created after we dropped the contract with Le Meridien and make sure to keep the same standard and develop our services to offer the best sufficient service applicable to our guests to assure their return because that will be the only way to achieve the budget by keeping our name acknowledged and our service ranking is up to the demands.
