Job Description For Financial Controller

We are seeking to hire a Financial Controller to join Our team.

 

-Responsible for the properties overall accounting and financial management requirements

-Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting

-Responsible for verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations

 -High-level financial reporting and analysis

-Regular budget consolidation

 -Cash flow management

-Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business

-Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice

-Payroll processing

-Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings

- Responsible to represent the finance department during daily morning HOD meetings

 

 

 

The Successful Applicant:

-7years of experience within a Senior Managerial role

-Well-developed leadership and Mentoring skills

-Excellent analytical skills

-Solid interpersonal skills

-Prior experience working within the Hospitality industry is advantageous

-Professional accounting qualification preferred

-Excellent analytical skills and Solid interpersonal skills
