Job Description For Room Division Manager
- Responsible for leading, control and supervise the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments, Concierge, Switchboard and Night Management..
- To work closely with Reservations to assure and maximize occupancy rate and revenue and they are also in charge of providing all necessary forecasts.
- Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Rooms Division
- Train and evaluate all Rooms division personnel
- Co-ordinate with sales and reservations to maximizing revenue
- To supervise, recommend improvements and changes to the operation of the Rooms Division.
