Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining service standards in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Responsible for ensuring that the guest receives the highest possible level of service to maintain overall satisfaction on a consistent basis
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of operating and storage areas
• Responsible to follow operating standards designed to improve departments performance
• Responsible for coordination with supervisor for breakfast and lunch and dinner service
• Responsible for the timely delivery of Food And Beverages.
• To be thoroughly familiar with the menu, beverages, and prices
• To keep The supervisor informed of all issues of interest relating to the department which they should be aware of
• To attend on-the-job training sessions as may be assigned.
• To attend the daily briefing for upcoming events.
• To maintain grooming on a consistent basis.

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Dubai (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Waitress: 2 years (Required)
• 5 Star Hotel: 2 years (Required)
