Our Tim Hortons family in Moncton is looking for Food Service Supervisor to join them at their Lonsdale location!

This position involves the supervision of crew activities on shift to ensure that Tim Hortons' standards are adhered. Enthusiastic and customer focused with the ability to energize, motivate & mentor your team.

Job Description:

• Supervise co-ordinate and schedule activities of all scheduled staff
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties and safety procedures
• Ensure that guest service meet company standards
• Ensure cleanliness in work areas of location
• Take customers’ orders and focus on customer satisfaction
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
• Brew coffee. Prepare and bake food. Assemble customer’s beverage and product orders.
• Keep records of the quantities of food used. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
• Collect money from the customer. Balance cash and float at the end of shift.
• Keep work area and store clean and sanitized
