I am an Indonesian Lady Chef who worked before in Dubai and Qatar. My basic background as a Cold Kitchen Chef, Sushi and South East Asian Cuisine.
I started my career as a Trainee in Conrad Bali. Then after I graduated from Bali Tourism Institute, I worked in Soleil Restaurant in Mulia Hotel as a Commis 3. After 2 years, I joined JW Marriott Marquis Dubai as a Commis 2. Within 1 year I got promoted as a Commis 1. Then after 1 year, I got offer from Ritz Carlton Doha as a Demi Chef de Partie for an upscale Cigar Bar named El Cedro. Beside that, i have responsibility to provide Sushi and South Asian Food every Friday Brunch or special events or for VIP Guest.
