I am also involved in managing account payables, receivables, and assets including following up and reconciling bank accounts, interacting with banks in ensuring funds availability for various investment ventures, debt restructuring, and other financial transactions. I also contribute to maintaining updated organizational insurance and human resource programs, including employee benefits and compensation, corporate insurance, pensions, etc.
My earlier roles as Accounting Manager & Chief Accountant entailed managing day to day accounting transactions encompassing invoices, purchases, payments, receipts, journals, supplier reconciliations and settlements, processing transactions related to stock (In & Out, transfers, Inventory, etc.) including payments, petty cash, fixed assets acquisitions, depreciation schedule, and disposal. Bank position and reconciliation, L/C, L/G. I also contributed to Pay Roll, Income Tax, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, and VAT (payment and declaration) including NSSF. Updated Trial Balance and generated Balance Sheet.
