Dusit International was founded in 1948 by Honorary Chairperson Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui, whose first hotel was the Princess on Bangkok’s Charoenkrung Road. Job Description For Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry/Bakery
Job Summary and Responsibilities
Assist in producing all pastry under the guidance of the Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef. Create high quality food with standard recipes and presentations in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product. Assist in production and maintenance of par stocks of pastry and dessert. Maintain cleanliness and proper rotation of products.
Job Requirements
1. An experienced pastry chef graduated from a well known culinary institution is highly desirable
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in pastry cooking
3. Good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, cake decorating
4. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Computer literate
6. Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
