Job Summary and Responsibilities
To work under the supervision of EAM./ Director of Food & Beverage or Assistant F&B Manager. Handle all kinds of typing & filing and administrative tasks in the office. Arrange & inform all appointments for Director of F&B and Assistant F&B Manager. Handle all in-coming telephones in the office. Handle and distribute all necessary letters or memorandums to concerned parties.
Job Requirements
1. At least Bachelor degree in any discipline
2. Minimum of 1-2 years in secretarial, administrative experience. Exposure in F&B operation or hospitality business is desirable
3. Computer literate and ability to use other office equipments. .
4. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Well-organized, detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
