Professional QualificationsNew for 2019, we have created a modular programme designed to give students the flexibility to get exactly what they need out of the courses dependent on skill level, area of interest and budget. These courses are broken down into 6 week modules and allow students to join us for anywhere from 6 weeks to 9 months.Our courses are open to all ages, abilities and nationalities and we pride ourselves on our inclusive attitude to food and education.Courses run from 10.00am-4pm, 5 days per week, giving students over 30 hours of practical, hands-on experience each week, almost 200 across each 6 week module and unparalleled anywhere else in the UK.
