TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure
- Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay
- Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative targets
- Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with due care and attention
- To provide an efficient and friendly check-in & Check out according to company directives
- To handle guest requests ensuring that all matters are dealt with efficiently and promptly
- Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
- Conveys the hotel image
- Helps bring certain brand concepts to life on a day-to-day basis
The candidate should preferably have previous 1-year experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel of the international chain.
Be presentable with excellent English communication skills.
Be passionate to satisfaction of the guest's needs.
Fluency in Arabic or any European language would be an advantage.
