Job Description For Commis II - Pastry Kitchen

Prepare a wide variety of pastries such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. in both traditional and modern recipes.
Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items
Participate in the creation of new and exciting desserts to renew hotel’s menus
Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings.
Decorate pastries and desserts using different types of icings, toppings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting
Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus

Requirements
