After years of development in the food and beverage sector, I have chosen to switch to the procurement and finance sector of hotel business in order to develop my knowledge in the market and to know the receiving techniques and HAACP procedure from A to Z. Furthermore I had more training in Cost Control post and Accounts Payable post in order to expand my knowledge and training in the Finance department.
As for now, I am looking forward to going back into the Food and Beverage sector with more experience in the functioning of the hotel system.
