We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Milon Anthony Rozario as the Executive Chef of Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan Hotel & Convention Centre Dubai!
Originally from Kolkata, the City of Joy and the home of Mother Teresa, Chef Milon brings with him not just a wealth of culinary experience—but a name that truly reflects his spirit. Milon, meaning friendship and meeting people, perfectly suits a chef who has dedicated his life to bringing people together through food.
Chef Milon began his journey with a formal three-year catering diploma, followed by a prestigious apprenticeship at the iconic Oberoi Hotel, Mumbai. In 1992, he moved to Dubai and joined the legendary Chicago Beach Hotel—now known as Jumeirah Beach Hotel—marking the start of an incredible culinary journey in the region.
After a successful stint in Bahrain with the Dilmun Group overseeing multiple properties, he returned to Dubai and served as Executive Chef at Marco Polo Hotel for 12 years. He later brought his expertise to Citymax Hotels and played a pivotal role in the pre-opening of the Gevora Hotel, recognized as the tallest hotel in the world.
His most recent role was at Canal Central Hotel before joining our Mövenpick family.

He also holds certifications in Advanced Hygiene (Level 4), Fire Safety, Chemical Handling, and Tourism Awareness from Dubai Police.
