Description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Manager - Human Resources is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
University Degree/Diploma - preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees or preferreddegree in Hotel Management.
Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.
Good complienceknowledge and vendor management expertise will be must.
Working in similar role or as an HR Coordinator/ Assistant for minimum 3years in large scale operations
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
