Description
The Associate Manager, Development & Owner Relations will be a key point of contact for the North America Select Service Development and Owner Relations teams and various outside ownership, development, and operations stakeholders. This individual will work alongside the North America Select Service (NASS) Development and Owner Relations teams to drive Hyatt's brand distribution growth and Owner satisfaction. Ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
This role will require a strong foundation in writing, communication, research, networking, and project management. Key responsibilities will include managing the monthly Select Development Committee process, overseeing database management and the Owner Courtesy Card program and planning/coordinating Development and Owner Relations events and programs. The individual in this position will report to the Director, Development and Owner Relations.
Responsibilities
Analyze lead data from hyattdevelopment.com to assist the team in sourcing and qualifying leads.
Ensure the regional pipeline info in the SharePoint database is accurate and updated.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and established owners, investors, developers, operators, brokers and consultants.
Collaborate with the NASS Development team to coordinate ownership meetings at the corporate office.
Partner with event venues, and tradeshow exhibit companies to plan conferences and events that the NASS Development team attends.
Play an active role alongside the Director of Development and Owner Relations in day-to-day tasks relating to development and owner relations engagement.
Manage process of issuing Owners Courtesy Cards to new ownership groups
Coordinate and manage special projects as requested by leaders.
Oversee monthly Select Development Committee process including but not limited to communication of agenda, notification of impact letters, ensuring application and supporting documents have been submitted, verify that all voting members have voted, distribute SDC Approved Agenda and post-SDC follow up.
Maintain and keep current NASS team One Drive files.
Implement strategies to streamline processes.
Act as a resource to owner/operator groups to assist with owner programs.
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

Experience
5 years office administration / management experience
