The Partner Marketing Associate Manager is an excellent communicator with exceptional project management and collaborative skills who is looking for an opportunity to develop strategy, marketing, and operational skills within a globally recognized hotel company.
As a key member of the Partner Marketing Team within the World of Hyatt Loyalty Program, the Associate Manager will support FIND, Hyatt's experience platform, in addition to other Distribution and Travel partnerships such as Small Luxury Hotels of the World, MGM and American Airlines. This person will be responsible for working with Hyatt colleagues to develop new hotel experiences and coordinate with the platform vendor to bring to life new experiences laddering up to Hyatt's Landmarks of Wellbeing: Feel, Fuel and Function. The Associate Manager will also support integration of the experiences within World of Hyatt and work collaboratively to develop new campaigns marketing FIND with the goal of engaging World of Hyatt members. This role will also support some of the day-to-day responsibilities of operationalizing our other Distribution and Travel partners.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for loyalty, consumer marketing, strong project management skills, a unique ability to communicate well with others (both in one-on-one and presentation environments) and solid marketing communication skills. Hospitality industry and/or relationship management experience is a plus, but not necessary.
