Job Description For Auditor de Ingresos
Description
Manejo de todas las funciones relacionadas con Auditoría de Ingresos, implementación y seguimiento de procesos de control interno, conciliación de la cuentas de tarjetas de crédito, pagos bancarios, cuentas de efectivo, revisión de reportes de venta de centros de consumo y recepción, integración de aplicaciones contables, etcétera.
Qualifications
- Mantendrá un listado detallado y actualizado de todos los documentos relacionados con Auditoria de Ingresos.
- Revisará la correcta aplicación de los códigos en Opera y registro correcto en Oracle.
- Integrará la cuenta de tarjetas de crédito.
- Gestionará de memos de reembolsos de diferentes índoles.
- Resolverá consultas de cargos a los huéspedes y colaboradores.
- Revisará controles y procesos de MOR.
- Entenderá a fondo los objetivos de Hyatt Internacional en el manejo de Auditoria de Ingresos establecidos por el Hotel, como las políticas globales y procedimientos publicados en la intranet.
- Demostrará un profundo entendimiento de la última versión aplicable de la guía Hotel Accounting GL Dictionary.
- Asegurará las nuevas tecnologías en equipos en conjunto para mejorar la productividad y trabajar de la mano del sistema
