Job Description For Bartender-Zephyr Rooftop Bar
Description
Zephyr Bar is an award winningvenue located on the rooftop of Hyatt Regency Sydney. Zephyr specializes in signature cocktails and we are looking for an experienced bartender to join our large team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for working behind the bar and is wanting to experience something new. With the various ingredients and methods of making the cocktails, there is always something new to learn in this role.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
• At least 6 months experience within a 5-star hotel or high end cocktail bar
• Previous bar & floor experience in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge on classic cocktails
• Ability to provide professional customer service- friendly personality
Our Expectations Include:
• Excellent presentation and grooming
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication skills
• Must be available to work on a flexible roster
