Hyatt Regency DFW is conveniently located at Terminal C at the DFW Airport with 812 guestrooms and 85,000 square feet of event space. The hotel is seeking top-talent to add their personality and engagement to the guest experience!

Full Time / Part Time Available:

Shift times: 6am to 2pm or 3pm to 11pm

Must be available weekends

A Bell/DoorAttendantwill champion the arrival process by ensuring guest are met with a welcoming greeting, support with luggage/check-in process, clearly guide cars/buses to designated areas, manage hotel ADA & House car, USPS mail pic-up, assist with local dining recommendations, and guest service requests for guests

• Welcoming guests to the hotel and obtaining transportation when requested.
• Manages the front entrance drive / shuttles
• Manages hotel ADA & House Car
• USPS mail pick-up
• Bell/Door Attendants may be asked general information about the hotel and city.
• This position is in constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.
• It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.
• At times may perform VIP Pick-up from Airport.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Proficient in English
