You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
You will be responsible for the below:
Overall responsibility of Beverages for the entire property, its 14 Food & Beverage outlets, Events spaces and Lounges. Oversees all aspects of the beverage operations, the development and management of its key associates (mixologist, bartenders, sommeliers, wine specialists), the completion of daily administrative duties as well as financial components (inventory management, cost control).
Participates in marketing initiative to enhance product, drive additional revenue and elevate F&B outlets visibility and attractiveness.
- Minimum 6 year experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Experienced in handling a wide variety of beverages in a diverse multi-outlets environment.
- Prior experience in 5* hotel a must, integrated resort / casino experience a definitive plus.
- Carries prior experience in bar management or bar operations.
