Cascades, a Squaw Valley dining destination, features an exceptional buffet with traditional favorites and seasonal items available for our guests to explore. Our family friendly restaurant pairs gourmet food with a California casual atmosphere. The current menu at our breakfast buffet in Lake Tahoe includes local eggs and fruits from Tahoe Food Hub as well as meats from The Sausage Factory in Carson City. Additionally, all jams, jellies, and honey are from Steven's Farmhouse in Yuba City. A Bloody Mary bar, along with Mimosas and specialty drinks, round out fresh juices and made-to-order coffee drinks.

Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the mountains of Squaw Valley, and you can watch the sun light up Squaw Creek's meadow as you enjoy your meal.

Our Cascades Servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Cascades Server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!
