We're looking for a Culinary Leader who embodies the luxury lifestyle experience.An ideal Thompson team member has a passion for creating unique experiences. We care for people so they can be their best.

This role is responsible forleading a culinary team with care and unique style, managing the assigned kitchen as an independent profit center, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Delivering to Clients and Guest truly memorable experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-year experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or good standards restaurant.
Minimum 2-year experience as Chef de Cuisine in Japanese Cuisine.
Care/analytic leadership oriented to business metrics.
Complete knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, occupational health and safety standards are a must.
Intermediate English skill is plus.
