Grand Hyatt Mumbai is looking for a passionate and extremely creative Chinese Chef de Cuisine Sichuan who will enjoy leading, motivating and guiding the Chinese Culinary team to deliver the best Sichuan style Chinese in Mumbai.
This role requires hands on leadership with meticulous eye for detail. Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure consistency and creativity to showcase the best Sichuan cuisine in Town
Qualifications
Strong operational Leadership skills with a proven track record in high luxury and quality restaurants. A very good eye for detail and a very keen passion for quality and detailed work. An inspirational caring and engaging leader with great communication and interpersonal skills. A sound experience in similar restaurants will be a bonus.
