Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is conveniently tucked away in upmarket Marylebone, located in the heart of London's West End, featuring views over the charming gardens of Portman Square. About the role - Chef Tournant Colleague Restaurant
As Chef Tournant - Colleague Restaurant you will play a key part in supporting the day to day running of the Colleague Restaurant Kitchen. You will be preparing healthy and nutritious lunch and dinner dishes for our Colleagues and creating superb dining experience. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
- manages the team in line with Colleagues needs and feedback
- responsible for cost control in line with the teams' business plan
- works with other teams to create new dishes and menu's
- mentoring and coaching team member to develop their skills within the kitchen
- follow standard recipes and minimise waste to help ensure the food cost is in line with budget
- knowledge of seasonal and new products on the market
About you
Ideally with a NVQ L1/L2 qualification, you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within Employee restaurant environment. You are passionate about food and motivated to change and grow.
