Description
Asistir al Director de Finanzas en el buen funcionamiento y eficiencia del Departamento de Contabilidad.
Qualifications
Ayudará en la preparación y actualización de los manuales de operaciones departamentales de contabilidad.
Asegurará que el hotel cumpla con todas las Políticas y Procedimientos del Departamento de Finanzas en el Hotel.
Asegurará que las legislaciones tributarias y de los empleados estipuladas por el gobierno se sigan e implementen estrictamente.
Realizará reuniones periódicas de comunicación departamental
Asistirá en la preparación del Plan anual de negocios de Finanzas, asegurando que los objetivos divisionales aborden plenamente los objetivos comerciales del hotel y las necesidades de los empleados.
Ayudará con la preparación y actualización periódica del Presupuesto Departamental de Finanzas, en estrecha cooperación con el Director de Finanzas, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos y que los costos se controlen de manera efectiva.
Maximizará la productividad de los empleados mediante el uso de gráficos flexibles, multitareas para cumplir los objetivos financieros del negocio, así como las expectativas de los invitados.
