Qualifications
Department: Food & Beverage
You report tothe F&B manager
Your Assets :
- Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.
- French isrequired & a good level in English.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
Your scope :
- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
- Constantly develop a commercial attitude towards customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
