The Cook I will assure the promptness of food preparation service in the restaurants and in banquets. Responsibilities include professional cooking preparation of braised food, grilling, broiling, blanching, cooking, sautéed items, and the preparation of stocks, soups, dressings, salads, and sauces are required. Additionally, the Cook I will be responsible for maintaining the sanitary practices of utensils and equipment, and sustaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidates must be passionate & excited about food with a desire to pursue to grow in the culinary field. This position report directly to the Culinary Lead/Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine.
