This individual will be responsible for day-to-day website content workflows, as part of a team of digital content editors, support Hyatt hotels globally. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring adherence to brand standards for all requests and projects and curating strong content while consistently maintaining SEO best practices. The role will include a mix of supervised tasks and independent work in the content management system. This individual will report to the Manager, Digital Content Operations.
Oversight of day-to-day website content workflows and handling questions/request through central ticketing system.
Supporting promotion placements on Hyatt.com platforms.
Ensuring adherence to brand standards for all requests and project.
Curating strong content while maintaining SEO best practices.
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

2-4 years in functional digital content management role
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Business or other related
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Content Management System/Search Engine Optimization system training certification (Adobe Experience Manager, seoClarity. etc.).
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
Basic HTML, Basic Photoshop, CMS tools, Project Management tools, Microsoft Office
Adobe Creative Cloud (including Dreamweaver), CSS, Adobe Analytics, SEO systems
Additional Comments and Requirements
Ability to multitask and shift priorities while maintaining operationally set metrics on content requests.
Ability to effectively manage team members and balance resource allocation.
