The Digital Product Manager will be tasked with understanding, driving and helping innovate Hyatt's digital products.
For those products which are centrally controlled out of Chicago, the Digital Product Manager will be responsible to:
• Understand the strategy, execution and operations of Hyatt's digital products.
• Understand how our guests and internal users relate to these products and any pain points that exist.
• Escalate issues and seek appropriate solutions.
• Work with appropriate internal stakeholders to influence the roadmap.
• Be the product champion to help drive up accurate and appropriate usage of these digital products.
• Provide quarterly updates to the regional colleagues.
For those products which are mostly run out of the region, the Digital Product Manager will be responsible to:
• Own strategy, vision, and roadmap for these digital products.
• Work closely with all impacted teams in region and globally that may touch the product for optimal execution and effect.
• Understand how are users and constituents use and/or relate to these products.
• Be the product champion to help drive up accurate and appropriate usage of these digital products.
• Escalate issues and seek appropriate solutions with internal teams and/or external vendors.
• Provide quarterly updates to the regional and global colleagues both.
