Under the general direction of our Culinary Leadership, the inspired individual filling this role will be given the creative liberty to compose rotating menu items that will nourish and fuel our colleagues. Qualifications

• Requires good communication skills.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements.
• Set up and breakdown of Cafeteria line.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
• Requires moderate supervision and training.
• Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight.
