Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
Excellent financial skills.
Initiative driven: self- starter, self- finisher.
Events Banquet organization.
Advanced knowledge of set-ups, AAA standards, costs and inventory management.
General computer skills, with experience in Micros Symphony and event systems.
Time management availability.
Excellent administrative and operational management, interpersonal skills, detail oriented, leadership attitude, teamwork, problem solving, effective communication and emotional intelligence.
