The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will provide leadership, support, and oversight for Food & Beverage offerings within the hotel. Areas of focus can include the Bar Downstairs (Providing Breakfast and Bar Service), as well as the hotel's In Room Dinning Service. The F&B Operations Manager would be responsible for guest satisfaction, colleague training & development, and scheduling.Other responsibilities can include payroll, and running of the shift, and acting as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a leader or manager in a Hotel or Restaurant required.
Previous experience with managing in a union environment strongly preferred
Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
Experience with training, financial management and customer service
A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
Extensive beverage knowledge including Spirits, Wines and Beers preferred
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience with hotel management systems such as Opera, Micros, HotSOS, and Kronos
Ability to work a flexible schedule including overnights, weekends, and holidays
