The Administrative Assistant will assist the Food and Beverage Director, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, the Food and Beverage Managers and Executive Chef in administrative functions.

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assist with programming of InfoGenysis and On Demand
• Track divisional payroll expenses, guest retention and Food and Beverage house account charges reporting to Director
• Complete weekly Hours of operation schedule
• Type and distribute minutes for meetings as necessary
• Creating spreadsheets and graphs/charts as requested by Director
• Create and prepare checkbook to balance with budget and Birchstreet purchases
• Collecting weekly schedule for Director's approval
• Create and track Purchase Orders
• Keep Food and Beverage related memos
• Maintain forecast history and month end recap binder
• Filing as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• College degree preferred.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
