Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the efficient running of the Food & Beverage department & Kitchenin line with brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant is responsible for mainly administrative communication support to Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef who is non-Korean. This is a highly visible role within the hotel and offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest and employee satisfaction at Hyatt.

Qualifications

Working experience within Hyatt Hotel's is preferred
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to work under pressure
Refined verbal and written communication skills, Korean and English alike
Excellent administrative skills throughout Windows Office apps and other systems.
