Fuji Speedway Hotel, Unboud Collection by Hyatt is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator who will be responsible for the efficient running of the Food & Beverate departmentin line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Food & Beverage Coordinator is responsible for mainly administrative / Communication support to Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef who is non Japanese. This is a highly visible role within the hotel and offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest and employee satisfaction at Hyatt.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
Ideally with previous hotel restaurant and/or bar experience .
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required .
Business level in spoken and written English and Japanese is essential .
