Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Front Office Host (0-hour)!

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is a welcoming place with 330 hotel rooms, where guests find uncomplicated experiences in a casual atmosphere. Our purpose is to care for people, so they can be their best!

As Front Office Host you are part of the Front Office Team and work together with international, motivated and driven colleagues. You will be coached by experienced Teamleaders and Managers, who care about your personal development.

You have an 0-hour contract which makes your schedule flexible and perfect to combine with for example studies.

Responsibilities

• You bring your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts;
• You increase guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests;
• You take ownership in providing a memorable experience - from checking in through to checking out;
• You take care of internal as well as external phone calls;
• You take ownership of handling guest complaints and requests in a timely manner;
• You are pro-active in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals.

• You have a European passport or Dutch working permit
• You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills;
• You are flexible working different shifts;morning and evening
• You are passionate about hospitality;
• You have an enthusiastic and caring attitude;

• You have experience in a customer-oriented job;
• You are familiar with OPERA and/or Micros.
