Description
Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales del centro de consumo, a fin de asegurar los estándares de calidad en el servicio.
Asegurarse la satisfacción de los huéspedes, proporcionando el más alto estándar de calidad en alimentos, servicio y presentación.
Maximizar los márgenes de beneficio a través de una gestión eficaz de todas las funciones del centro de consumo.
Fomentar la capacitación y desarrollo de los lideres para ocupar posiciones futuras en otras propiedades.
Cuidar el costo presupuestado y alcanzar objetivos financieros conforme a presupuesto y/o forecast.
Se actualiza constantemente en los estándares de Hyatt, así como en tendencias a nivel global relacionadas en el ramo de alimentos, bebidas y servicio.
Dirige y controla a todos los lideres para un funcionamiento óptimo de los Centros de Consumo.
Actúa como enlace con el Chef de Cocina y de especialidades para garantizar que todos los alimentos sean de calidad adecuada y el precio sea el más competitivo de acuerdo al análisis del mercado local .
Maneja las finanzas de los Centros de Consumo, incluyendo Budget y Reforecast.
Qualifications
Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, turismo o afín
Inglés intermedio avanzado (B1 - B2)
3 años de experiencia en puesto similar
3 años de experiencia en hotelería o restaurantes
Liderazgo
Excelente organización
