Job Description For Gerente de Servicio al Huésped

Description

Es la persona responsable de administrar Recepción, Club Atlético, Concierge/Botones/Porteros, Estacionamiento, Centros de atención al Huésped. Se encarga de la formulación de objetivos, políticas, programas y estrategias para el establecimiento y control de las áreas.Responsable del grupo de colaboradores que se encuentra a su cargo, llevando un ejemplo de cordialidad y un clima laboral sano.

Brindará los estándares de la marca y proporciona un servicio excepcional en todo momento.

Proporcionará un excelente servicio a los clientes internos, según corresponda.

Estará familiarizado con los productos, servicios y políticas del Hotel.

Manejará todas las quejas y consultas tanto de huéspedes y socios como de colaboradores de manera cortés y eficiente, dando seguimiento y asegurándose de que los problemas se resuelvan de manera satisfactoria.

Interactuará positivamente con huéspedes, socios, pensionados y colaboradores manteniendo buenas relaciones de trabajo.

Verificará personalmente y con frecuencia que los huéspedes reciban el mejor servicio posible durante las interacciones con los colaboradores.

Se asegurará que los registros históricos de los huéspedes y socios sean precisos y todos los huéspedes repetitivos estén pre-registrados.

Qualifications
Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, turismo o afín

Inglés avanzado (B2 - C1)

3 años de experiencia en puesto similar

3 años de experiencia en hotelería

Liderazgo

Excelente organización
