Job Overview:

Guest experience agents are responsible for enhancing the guest experience. They also coordinate and confirm that Crew reservations are processed correctly and assist with their check in and check out.Other responsibilities could include assisting guests with luggage, packages, recommending local attractions and reservations.
This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Guest experience agent.

Qualifications

- Flexible schedule availability to be visible during times when VIP's may need assistance.
- System knowledge of Opera is highly preferred.
