Description
This individual is responsible for responding to all incoming calls to the hotel (internal and external).
The Guest Relations Agentmustwork wellhandling a high volume of calls which will include but is not limited to guest requests and reservation.
To assist the Guest Relations Manager be assigned
They should also be comfortable answering questions relating to the hotel and the surrounding area.
Successful candidates must have strong communication, good typing skills and organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
