This position will be responsible for providing an efficient shift management of the hotel operation in line with Hyatt's strategies and brand standards while meeting all associate, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Services Officer will handle all inquiries from external and internal guests through telephone, e-mail, SMS, Hyatt app or other channels. The position will also engage on room service reservations, dining confirmations, Concierge services and overall in-house guest requests.
