Situated in the heart of the city's upscale shopping, cultural and beach destination Haeundae, Park Hyatt Busan is a luxurious, intimate and residential-style hotel for the sophisticated luxury traveler visiting Korea's second largest city for business or leisure.

This position will be responsible for providing an efficient shift management of the hotel operation in line with Hyatt's strategies and brand standards while meeting all associate, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Services Officer will handle all inquiries from external and internal guests through telephone, e-mail, SMS, Hyatt app or other channels. The position will also engage on room service reservations, dining confirmations, Concierge services and overall in-house guest requests.

Qualifications

Working experience within Hyatt hotels is preferred
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Effective listening skills in order to understand and reconfirm any kind of communication throughout
Good problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both Korean & English - Spoken and Written
