About the Position
For our new property Hyatt Regency Erbil Residences, we are looking for a Guest Service Officer (Receptionist) who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the success of the commercial function. Someone who is a natural leader and enjoys the challenge of exceeding the highest standards of guest experience and financial success. He/She will be responsible for meeting and greeting all guests and assisting with registrations, ensuring the strict control of room keys, ensuring that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
