About the Role
As the Guest Services Officer - Guest Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department and providing an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers in accordance with Hyatt International's brand standards.
Working amongst a team of 8, you will support the Front Office Manager in the day to day operations as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.
