Job Description For Guest Services Officer - Plateau Spa

Description

What you will do:

To perform daily operating procedures established for the Plateau spa accommodations.
To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of spa services and products and the ability to up sell alternatives.
Ensure a high level of guest relations and service and communication by providing prompt and courteous personalised service.
Ensure that all therapy room related forms and reports are updated and completed in time.
Provide training and development of staff to ensure that the highest standards of service are achieved and maintained.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in large scale hospitality establishment desirable.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
