Job Description For Guest Services Officer - Restaurant Reservation Centre
Description
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer - Restaurant Reservation Centre is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the call centre and online sales platforms within the Food & Beverage department.
Qualifications
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
