Description

The Guest Services Attendant is in constant communication with the Guest Service Supervisor and operations team to ensure guests requests for deliveries and/or retrievals are fulfilled efficiently. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations. The Guest Services Attendant will provide the following services, but are not limited to:
- Delivery and retrieval of guest luggage and personal items
- Retrieve all request through i-Touch and other similar electronic devices
- Retrieve any guest deliveries that come through (i.e. Uber Eats, Mail, Floral Delivery, etc.) and delivering to the guest room in a pleasant, timely manner
- Ensure quality of presentation of food from in-house venues
- Delivering all food orders from Q Kitchen| Bar and MKT Place, to include pool orders
- Presence in the lobby assisting guests when there are no deliveries in queue
- Working closely with Valet and Front Office teams to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience
- Assisting Housekeeping with guest requests on an as needed basis
- And all other duties as assigned
